[Dark Enigma *C-Star*]

ah, u made my day

isnt this all i need? yes. only this song thus far, has achieved a 10 from me, ever since the happy song invasion started to collapse into the audio portal. ever since, happy songs come up, calming ones, but never ever songs like this, WHICH SUCKS FOR ME...
anyways, why is this so good to me? well, yes, the dark feeling is there. some dark songs have the plain "darkness" in it, yet it does not have the appropriate background sounds or sound effects which could enhance the dark feeling. this song has it all for me. the vocals are trying to be dramatic to me, but they dont really add much for me. but it all counts.
orchestral music can sometimes be very useful. like this, for example. it must be used well, and cannot be modernised randomly. but this fits quite well. not so much action as i would've preferred, but meh, it was a good song anyway.
i simply like this. so does many other people. thank you sooo much.

aw come on, i really dont want to write this review for u. i wish i can give u 10, wished that i could download this song, but i couldn't. why? i think ur third sentence in your description can help u on this one.
ive liked ur other songs, as they make me feel much better. but i am inclined to agree that this would make perfect dance music, perhaps even DJ music. but its just that this song is happy that makes me want to hit something. maybe perhaps my computer.
why do i write these reviews? i would like to have one good song which i like, then these reviews will be no more. i just like to chime in with a opinion, thats all, so dont take this as blackmail. hopefully u are the first one to make an ideal song for me

[Monstrous Turtles!]

ah right. um, another non 10 review

very good, almost got me here. however, the melody is a bit too complex for me, for it goes everywhere around the place, scattered up and down and sideways, basically meaning, there is no unity. i would like a little more unity.
but a VERY GREAT remix of all the mario songs put together, and i love ur intensity of the atmosphere, how it feels so vivid in this song, so calming yet with that perfect tone of darkness. i feel this music could go a long way in gaming.
so yes, u almost did get me, but i feel more unity needs to be in here, and a bit more something which can make this music a bit more epic. but great job my friend. U NAILED IT! almost.

[A Glimpse of Heaven [ Progressive Trance ]]

ok, not too bad

firstly, some of u people might just be thinking, "why are u, fred1324, writing a review to a song that u dont give a 10 to?" well, ill tell u.
there are basically no more songs which i would PREFER, so, im going to take a different approach. im going to review certain songs which i wont hate, but i still wont like as much.
so, heres my first NON 10 review, and i might just be making lots of non 10 reviews if i dont pick up something which suits me.
as always, i dont like happy music that much. but i do like my trance. so, in this case, its very happy for me, but the music is quite pleasing in sections, and every section has new effects and instruments included in it. although that occurs, the melody and background sound is quite simple, and it fits so well.

oh well, thats all for me, dont be offended by me plz, im making plenty of these reviews any time soon, so dont feel left out. but if i get some very good songs, well, who knows.

finally, a song which i like -.-

it took a fukin month to get such a good song like this. which is why i love ur song so much; it took me away from doom.
normally, i wouldn't give such credit to a song which is really energetic, but this captured a certain lightness. the song itself becomes quite epic then, also the background loops along with the melody were just such a good mix, it was hard to refuse, even for a critic like me. even though i like darker songs, this song had a lot of epicness stacked inside it, and THATS what i like about a song: a good song, epic and full of action.
sometimes i thought the sounds clashed together at various points, which gave me quite a shock. but thats the only con i have for u anyway.
so well done, im very happy now! ^^

[Tetris [Techno]]

sup all.

who likes tetris here? i do, so i keep looking for the best remixes of tetris. i've heard em all, from the tetris'd series to the old versions of original tetris, and to the websites such as tetrisfriends.com which have some cool remixes.
but this song has a special feature to it. although this song has been played many times but in different versions, i keep thinking that this song deserves better than just another plain remix. why?
well, lets start with that the melody isn't stuffed up at all. all he did was make a few changes, and i love em, so i cant blame him for that. various instruments in here make this quite the song that you want to hear. and he has some very good effects at the start as well, epecially when he blended the high melody into the start. that was epic.
so nicely done, my friend.

[Rayman - Band Land]

heh. such memories for me.

if anything, this brings back such memories. i can still remember this song played on the actual game, called Rayman on the PS console. i still remember when i slid across those wavy music lines, and when the hands in midair beat the floor with mallets... *sigh* good times. ANYWAYS! back to the song.
u've made quite the remake there. i realise that there are some little changes in the background music, yet the melody stayed the same. different instruments had covered the background, and there were sparkles at scattered places. yet, im pretty sure to the many people that have heard the original, this has made a huge, GOOD impact on those memories. not to mention that this ain't my style in ANY way, but since this has recounted all those memories of when Rayman was puching every bad guy, and especially in Band Land, this is an exception. i love this work, it has made me happy! ^^

not a good title above. anyways, nice tetris song. i've always liked to play tetris, and this is quite unique. in all the tetris songs i've heard, this has got to be the best. i mean, it got in TETRIS'D 2! if your song could get in there, u are a popular guy. nice backgrounds covering the melody. they ceased to amaze me.
hope ur happy now. this is just a quick review, ya know, just passing by.

not bad.

im not sure if this is actually the song which i would completely like. i mean, the song is very good, but the melody is just a little bit repetitive? but i enjoyed the transition, where the choir stood out. i particularly LOVED that bit. so i guess i can say, a little repetitive, but full of nice power and epicness. great action was packed in there too.
what makes this song unique is that i haven't heard of song which would go like this. i mean, the melody hasn't been used up TOO much. and using it in this sort of song, i would gladly enjoy it rather than a song which tries to use a melody WHICH HAS BEEN USED TOO MANY TIMES IN MUSIC. nah, i'd prefer and unique melody, which stands out. so nice work there pal. all ur fans must love u. i just seemed to notice that.

wow, such intensity.

i am SO glad you put a GREAT intensity in this piece of art. im also happy that you made this when it was snowing; makes a excellent inspiration idea. this would have to perfectly fit all the elements of my style. a intensive background, full of rich darkness blended thoughout the whole song, and mixed quite well with different bits of unexpected moments. the bass was quite good at some parts of the song. if anything though, u captured an awesome essence of what a real snowland should sound and feel like! everything fit. everything couldn't be wrong in this song.

you've earned my respect. this song is masterpiece. you're lucky that u hooked me; im not easily hooked, even by the best of songs. so now, be content with urself. hopefully u can make more songs like these!
